1. Eligibility

• Open to single parents residing in the United States, age 18 and over.

• Must submit a one-time, non-refundable $15 application fee to be entered.

• Limit one entry per individual household.

• “Single parent” is defined as the primary or sole caregiver of a child under 18, without a live-in partner or co-parent.

 

2. Grant Details

​

• Each selected recipient will receive a $100 digital grocery grant, delivered via electronic gift card or digital payment method.

 

3. How to Enter

​

• Sign up for the MomFlex Grocery Grant Program.

• Submit the one-time $15 application fee through the MomFlex platform. This fee is non-refundable.

• Once enrolled, members are automatically entered into the monthly drawing. No additional application is required.

 

4. Winner Selection

​

• 10 winners will be chosen at random each month from the pool of active, paying members.

• Winners will be notified by email within 5 business days.

• Eligibility verification may be required (e.g., proof of single-parent status, ID).

 

5. Disbursement

​

• Grants will be distributed within 7–10 business days of confirmation of the winner.

• Distribution methods may include prepaid grocery gift cards, Visa/Mastercard e-cards, or other formats.

 

6. Publicity & Consent

​

• Winners may be featured in MomFlex’s communications or social channels (only with your permission).

 

7. Program Changes

​

• MomFlex reserves the right to adjust, pause, or cancel the program at any time, with notice to participants.

 

8. Liability

​

• MomFlex is not responsible for technical difficulties, lost communication, or issues with third-party platforms during disbursement. By participating, applicants agree to the full terms of the program.
